Keiretsu Forum is a global investment community of accredited private equity angel investors, venture capitalists and corporate/institutional investors. Founded in the San Francisco East Bay in California in 2000 by Randy Williams. We are a worldwide network of capital, resources and deal flow with 53 chapters on 4 continents. Our members invest in high-quality, diverse investment opportunities. Keiretsu Forum and Keiretsu Capital (the exclusive worldwide fund partner of Keiretsu Forum) are ranked as the most active venture investors in the USA. The Keiretsu community is also strengthened through its involvement in social and charitable activities.

After launching with an Angel Capital Expo in Sydney in 2018, Keiretsu Australasia has begun hosting chapter meetings through 2019 in Sydney and Melbourne in 2020.
Throughout the remainder of 2020 and 2021, K4ANZ will add virtual meetings capability, chapter meetings more cities and a 2020 Angel Capital Expo.
K4ANZ will also be developing industry specific forum meetings and networks to cater for specialised investor groups. The first of these will to premiere will be Keiretsu Ag.
Major focus for K4ANZ will be diversity amongst our membership network and leveraging the global platform.
