Together with our partners, Sapien Asset Management team manages core and operating real estate assets across a range of sectors, including residential, commercials, industrial and apartments. The team’s capability extends to re-positioning assets, overseeing substantial capital programs and active lease management.

We draw upon the expertise of our Equities Research and Real Estate Corporate Advisory teams to ensure our decision-making is based on a thorough analysis of market data and investment trends, plus relationships with key industry leaders.

Together with our partners, Sapien Asset Management our Private Equity and Venture Capital team currently manages over $150 million in investor capital.
